The Silver King utilizes a Lamb double ball bearing bypass motor which draws clean air from outside the machine to cool the motor, thus eliminating the build up of dirt which causes overheating. The motor is the "Accustek" version of the motor we have used for years. It reduces the motor noise by 50% while giving 97 cubic feet per minute air flow.

The motor assembly can be ordered with any of 2 tank sizes: 2, or 7 gallon. They are interchangeable.

All attachments are Magnesium-Aluminum with the exception of the crevice tool and dust brush. All attachments feature are louvers to give constant air flow. The filter is a Polypropylene Multi-Fiber which filters down to .3 microns - no visible dust escapes even under ultraviolet assisted detection lamps. Our hose is a crushproof, electrified, 3-wire grounded hose. The entire machine is painted by the Industrial Powder Coat method inside and out.

The Formula 212 Chemical packaged with each unit is a concentrated, nontoxic, biodegradable cleaning solution which, when mixed with hot water, can be applied to carpet stains and then removed with the extractor attachment which draws all excess water into the Silver King tank. Even most petroleum based stains can be removed.

The wand sets are made of chrome plated steel and will withstand even the toughest of use.

The Silver King Air 2000 System is currently used by the Navy, in prisons, schools and throughout the janitorial supply industry. Many institutions use them in their "Clean Air" rooms.

For cleaning upholstery in dry climates where static electricity causes hair, thread, and lint to adhere to cloth surfaces. The teeth help to break the static bond thus allowing the suction of the machine to remove the unwanted fibers from the upholstery.

This attachment also serves as a pet groomer. When used in conjunction with the suction of the machine, it can help open scalp pores and remove all loose hair.

The no mark holder easily converts into a drain cleaner. For stopped up sinks, simply remove the white plastic toothed ring.


 

The floor tool is especially designed to get the best efficiency from the tremendous air volume of this large powerful motor. The long reach of the wide radius curved lower wand, the free-action swivel connection and low-profiled rugtool permit easy access to out-of-the-way, hard-to-reach spots under low furniture and beds. This attachment is for use on hard floors. A tremendous velocity of air passes through the brush tips and carries the litter into the unit.

Best results are obtained in picking up litter with SHORTSTROKES. No hauling or pulling is required in average rooms as the wands and hose reach nearly twelve feet in any direction.Cut-away sections on each end of the brush allow you to edge-clean along baseboards.


 

The upholstery nozzle is designed to get the deeply imbedded dirt in home furnishings. Deep cleaning is possible because of the heavy concentration of air movement. The main useofthistool isforoverstuffed furniture, mattresses, cushions, and pads. Because it may be used at the hose or middle of the wand, it is fine for curtains, drapes, and clothing. Also cleans quickly all parts of the automobile, carpets, floors, and cushions. With the easy-to-carry power unit stair runners can be quickly cleaned as one moves up or down their lengths. Air flow louvers in the metal enhance constant air flow from any surface from both ends and the front.


 

Here is a truly all-purpose dusting tool ... One which makes the outmoded dust cloth an unsanitary nuisance. Use it at the very end of the wands, on the middle section, or atthe hose end. Get the high, hard to get at places, ceiling corners, cornices, and moldings easily. It is ideal for tables, window sills, ledges, statuary, lampshades, ash trays, venetian blinds, piano keys, books, stair corners, etc. The high quality brush insert may be easily replaced when worn, and a new brush inserted.The nonmarking holder easily converts into a drain cleaner for stopped up sinks. Simply remove the horse hair insert.


 

Any non-rinse detergent may be used for floor washing. Mix with water according to directions on the box. Spread over surface to be cleaned and allow to stand for a short period. Loosen dirt with floor brush. Then turn unit on and pickup dirty water with squeegee. For best results use overlapping strokes. This avoids streaking. NEVER PICK UP MORE THAN ONE GALLON OF WATER BEFORE EMPTYING.

To clean your machine after wet pickup, simply turn on your vacuum cleaner with squeegee, hose, and wands still on, pick up one gallon of cold, clean water. This will remove soap residue from inside parts. Rinse out and dry pan. Reassemble unit with clean filter. Connect hose to blower, turn on vacuum, and blow moisture out. Then connect upper wand to hose and blow it dry. Finally connect lower wand to upper wand and blow that dry. Rinse and dry squeegee. ALWAYS EMPTYAND DRY VACUUM CLEANER AFTER EACH USE AND HANG UP HOSE. Wipe wands dry to prevent rusting. Separate all pieces and allow to dry overnight.


Vacuumable and Non - Vacuumable

"Vacuumable" is the loose, dry dirt that is not attached to your carpet.

"Non - Vacuumable" are stains such as Grease Mud Liquid Spills

These require "Special" cleaning - something the domestic vacuum cleaner is not designed to do.

  1. you must have a chemical capable of dissolving or loosening the stain.
  2. you must have a vacuum that will remove the chemical and the stain.

 

The process is made possible, first, by the ability of the Silver King to pick up water, and second through the use of a revolutionary new chemical that gives carpet and upholstery fibers the ability to "Release" any foreign substances. MIX chemical 2 tablespoons per gallon of hot water. Apply to your carpet Iiberally with a mop or sponge. Allow chemical to work for approximately 10 minutes. Attach the clear extractor to the curved floor tool wand and attach the hose to the INTAKE of the Silver King. Using slow backward strokes, remove all excess water from the carpet. You will notice that the water will be all most black. Allow approximately 12 hours for the carpet to air dry.

To clean upholsteryor automobile carpets, apply the diluted concentrate with a sponge. Attach the upholstery tool to the hose to remove the chemical. Follow the same general cleaning procedure mentioned above.

Silver King All Purpose Cleaner leaves no sticky residue on thefibers, thus eliminating subsequent dirt build up which is common with most shampoos and soaps. Your carpets and upholstery will simply be free of dirt.


 

Place air freshener or fragrance on cotton ball and insert in dispenser. Attach dispenser in exhaust opening. Turn on unit. Do not use while vacuuming.


 

This handy high velocity tool is used for seams, cracks, crevices, and all hard-to-get-at places, such as radiators, deep down in the seams of cushions on chairs and davenports. Impossible-to-reach spots often may be cleaned by blowing out the dirt with the hose and crevice tool attached to the blower side of the unit.
